Biography

Welcome to Fitness Class! I have been teaching in the Steilacoom Historical School District since August of 2010. I received my Bachelor Degree in Family and Consumer Science with an emphasis in Nutrition and a specialization in Dietetics in 2006 from Central Washington University.  I received my Master’s Degree in Education as well as a teaching certification from Saint Martin’s University in 2010.  Furthermore, in 2014, I earned my Washington State Professional Teaching Certificate through the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction ProTeach program.

In addition to teaching, I proudly coach the softball and girls’ basketball teams here at Pioneer.  Go Pirates!
