I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Choral Education from Pacific Lutheran University and a Masters in Instructional Technology from City University.

I hold holds professional memberships in the American Choral Directors Association and the National Association for Music Education.

For the past 17 years, I have served on the Board of the Mountain Region Music Education Association where I'm serving as the acting Treasurer. For the past 12 years I have sang Alto 2 in the Symphony Tacoma Voices.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time chillin', floating on a lake in warmer weather, playing Pokemon Go with my husband, spending time with my daughter and playing with our corgi puppy.
