Steilacoom Historical School District Policy and Procedure 4060 allows for nonprofit groups wishing to distribute informational material to submit for approval a Request to Distribute form along with a copy of the flyer and nonprofit status. The information must focus on activities of social, recreational, or educational value for students and families beyond the academic day. Once approved, flyers will be distributed electronically in the Community Flyers portion of this website, or if paper copies are provided, to students. Elementary schools should be contacted directly for count and bundling instructions. Middle and high school prefer a minimal number of flyers for student pick up or to be posted in common areas.
NOTE - Steilacoom Historical School District will require the following statement on ALL materials to be distributed to students and staff by outside organizations. The statement should read as follows:The Steilacoom Historical School District does not sponsor or endorse this event/information and the district assumes no responsibility for it.This form is fillable, however, it must be emailed or faxed per instructions on the form.
