    PRACTICE RESILIENCE

    • Do something regularly that accomplishes a goal.  What is one thing I know I can accomplish today that helps me move through the day?
    • Draw a picture of a problem you are facing.  Who can you put in the picture to help you solve the problem?
    • Practice relaxation techniques every day.  Sit still, breathe in deeply, hold for a moment, and release your breath slowly.
