Dear Steilacoom Historical School District Families,

On behalf of our Board of Directors, teachers, administrators and support staff, I would like to welcome you to the 2024-25 school year. We have spent the summer eagerly preparing for your student’s return, and we are ready to continue the important work of our district’s mission: providing the best education for every student.

We cherish the relationships we have with our students and families. I encourage you to take full advantage of the opportunities offered within the Steilacoom Historical School District. Our team is here to help throughout the year, prioritizing the establishment of true
partnerships with our families to ensure the success of the children we serve.

We are fortunate to be a part of a school district we can be proud of, with students, staff and families dedicated to supporting our mission. Our school district was highlighted last spring in an article entitled, “Inspiring Minds and Hearts,” which perfectly sums up our work as a system. The article highlights the importance of our community’s continued support and commitment, and captures the excitement we share in beginning another amazing school year.
