Public Records Request

All requests for public records must be directed to the Public Records Officer,  EXCEPT for requests for student records and transcriptsRequests for student records by a current student or the student's parent/guardian should be directed to the building administrator at the student's school.

PUBLIC RECORDS EXEMPTIONS
Please be aware the Washington State Public Records Act RCW42.56 states that certain records are exempt from disclosure. These exemptions are intended to prevent unreasonable invasions of personal privacy or the use of public records for personal or commercial gain. Exemptions are listed in Procedure 4040P Public Access to District Records.
