Required documents for upload:

• Certificate of insurance with endorsement page attached (all organizations)
• Certificate of incorporation (non-profit organizations)
• Certificate of Charities Program of the Secretary of State registrations (if fundraising on site)
• Business license (for profit organizations)
• Head Injury and Cardiac Arrest Compliance Form (for all athletic events)
• SHSD Facility Use Agreement Form (all organizations)
• Letter and roster certifying 75% of organization participants are district-enrolled students (Group 1d organizations only)

SHSD 2023-24 Facility Fee and Rate Schedule

All scheduled requests for use of district facilities must be coordinated through the district website. Requests must be presented at least 30 days in advance of the date desired, however no more than 60 days in advance. Users must notify the district of cancellation of events within at least 48 hours to avoid charges.

The applicant is encouraged to contact/coordinate with the school administrative offices for availability of space. If the requested event is approved, the applicant is also encouraged to ensure all coordinated support/resources are in place at least a day in advance, especially for weekend events.

Groups 1, 2, and 3 must update their application every three months for scheduling.

Submitted requests will receive an automated email confirmation once it is approved. Declined and canceled events will also receive an automated reply with an explanation. All district events will take priority over community use.

Pay your facility use invoice online by using InTouch Pay.  This tool, allows you to pay your invoice online using a credit card with the Visa, MasterCard or Discover logo.
