Request to Distribute Materials

• Please review district Policy and Procedure 4060 to ensure submitted materials meet district guidelines.
• The information must promote the academic, vocational, recreational, or social/civil/cultural growth of students.
• SHSD requires the following statement on ALL materials to be distributed by outside organizations: The Steilacoom Historical School District does not sponsor or endorse this event/information and the district assumes no responsibility for it.  Flyers not including this statement will not be approved by the district.

Please complete the Request to Distribute Materials Form.

Please note district procedure 4060P allows for distributing of materials for nonprofit organizations and government entities only.  Make sure to complete the Non-Profit EIN # section of the form.

Please make sure to save the fillable form to your device, and upload that saved form when submitting.

Submit the Request to Distribute Materials Form (including Non-Profit EIN #) and materials to be distributed (including the district's disclaimer statement) to: distribution@steilacoom.k12.wa.us

Once you receive approval from the district's authorized representative, please submit both the signed and approved Request to Distribute Materials form, along with materials to be distributed, to each SHSD school office you wish to share your information.

SHSD school office email addresses can be found on each school's website or on the district's website.

Approved materials will be distributed electronically in the Community Flyers portion of this website, and via each school's weekly electronic communication to their families.
