Dear SHSD Staff,
Welcome to the 2025-26 school year! I hope you were able to enjoy the summer with loved ones.
Our district team has been busy preparing for your return and we are grateful for your commitment to making sure our students have a successful and happy start to their school year.
We are excited to welcome 24 new staff members to our district, and I am confident our new team members will quickly realize what a special place SHSD is. Our Professional Learning days (August 25-27) will give us time to reconnect with colleagues and your principals have developed a comprehensive plan to ready schools for a fantastic year.
