Homeschool and Standardized Testing

You may request for your student to take a standardized state test at their resident school.  Your request email must include a completed SHSD Opt-In Request form and can be sent to scabigting@steilacoom.k12.wa.us.  Once received, our Enrollment Department will contact you with next steps.  (Printed forms are available upon request.)

Request forms must be received on or before the following dates:

• Grades 9-12 — on or before February 27, 2026

• Grades 3-8 — on or before April 3, 2026
